I brought an elderly friend to an apointment this week. My family and I have always used this branch and been satisfied. The layout is different now and there is no cleaar waiting are, just chairs at consulting tables which feels as if you are taking up space which is for people choosing or recieving glasses.the staff were polite, though a little patronising of my elderly friend. The overarching concern was one of being rushed. There were a lot of young staff, rushing up and down a narrow corrider, and sweeping people in and out of rooms and onto varous equipment. The experience was an ordeal for my friend and I know she will now not be in a hurry to repeat it in a year's time.

I was greeted and seen by the very friendly staff who was able to assist me with every option available for my choice of lenses and give me the right advice on the all the options given. I was very impressed by the services provided especially by Optometrist Katie and Assistant Jess. All the staff that saw me were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

I would like to say the customer care Jon gave me at Boots opticians in Meadowhall was outstanding he went to a lot of trouble to put my glasses right when it was no fault of Boots, he was very courteous.

Samara was excellent. I must have had 15 eye tests over the years and her feedback and general approach was the best so far, I learned things about my eyes I didn't previously know! Ella was very helpful in helping me choose and Jon made collection easy. Well done Boots Meadowhall
